REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. FREE TRIAL

All new subscribers are entitled to a 14-day free trial upon registration. During this period, subscribers have full access to Jupiter’s study tools at no charge. No payment details are required to activate the free trial.

  1. SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS

All subscription payments made to Jupiter are final and non-refundable. By subscribing to any Jupiter membership plan, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Payments are processed immediately upon subscription activation
  • No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods
  • No refunds will be issued for unused time remaining on an active subscription
  • No refunds will be issued due to failure to cancel before the next billing cycle
  • No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with the platform after payment has been processed
  1. CANCELLATION POLICY

While Jupiter does not offer refunds, we respect every subscriber’s right to cancel their membership at any time. To request a cancellation:

  • Send a cancellation request to info@lib-jupiter.xyz
  • Include your registered email address and full name
  • Your membership will be cancelled within 24 hours of your request
  • You will retain access to your membership until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for any subsequent billing cycles following cancellation
  1. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

Jupiter reserves the right to review cancellation and refund requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Technical errors resulting in incorrect charges
  • Unauthorised transactions

To report an exceptional circumstance please contact us at info@lib-jupiter.xyz within 7 days of the transaction.

Jupiter reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to subscribers via email and updated on our website.
